Within 48 hours, as a link by email.

Changes to the preview

By email. I send the updated link back.

Your site, live

Within 48 hours after your payment and your reply, on your own domain.

Custom work

On the date written in the fixed-price agreement for your project.

The free preview

• When: within 48 hours after you ask for one at [email protected]. If I wrote to you first, the link is already in my email.
• How: a link by email. It opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer. Nothing to install, and no card needed.
• Reply with what you want changed. I update the preview and send the link back.

Your site, live on your domain

• When: within 48 hours after your payment of $397 (USD) and your reply with three things: the phone and email you want on the site, any changes to the preview, and your domain if you have one.
• How: I put the site live on your domain and send you the link by email. If your domain needs a change on your side, I send you the exact steps in writing.
• No domain? I register one for your business. The first year is included, and the domain stays yours if you ever leave.

Small changes on the monthly plan

• The $29 (USD) a month covers hosting and small changes: text, prices, photos.
• Email me what to change. I'll update your live site and let you know when it's done.

Custom work

For custom projects (websites, online stores, systems with a login, apps, automation, fixes to an existing site), what I deliver, how and by when is written in the fixed-price agreement we both accept before I start.

If something is late

Email me at [email protected]. I'll reply within one business day. Until your site is live, you can change your mind and get the full $397 back, as the Refunds and cancellation page says.
