Refunds and cancellation

The preview is free. You pay only if you want your site live. The monthly plan has no contract, and you can cancel it anytime by email.

The free preview

• The preview of your website is free. You don't need a card to see it.
• If you don't like it, you pay nothing and owe nothing.
• If you don't want more emails from me, reply "stop" and I won't write again.

The $397 payment

• You pay $397 (USD) once, and only after you have seen the preview and told me you want it live.
• Within 48 hours after your payment and your reply (the phone and email for the site, any changes, and your domain if you have one), the site is live on your domain and I send you the link.
• If you change your mind before your site goes live, email me and I'll refund the full $397.
• Once your site is live on your domain, the $397 is not refundable, because you saw and approved the site before paying.

The $29 monthly plan

• $29 (USD) a month covers hosting and small changes: text, prices, photos.
• It starts 30 days after your $397 payment.
• There is no contract. Cancel anytime by replying to any of my emails or by writing to [email protected].
• When you cancel, the plan does not renew and you are not charged again. A month you've already paid for isn't refunded.
• If I registered a domain for your business, it stays yours.

Custom work

• Custom projects (websites, online stores, systems with a login, apps, automation, fixes to an existing site) have a fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. The payment schedule and refund terms for that project are written in the same agreement.
• Projects bought on Upwork or Fiverr follow that platform's payment and refund rules.

How to ask for a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] from the address you used with me. If you think a charge is wrong, write to me the same way, and I'll look into it. I'll reply within one business day. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them in 5 to 10 business days.
