Terms of service

Last updated October 23, 2026

I build a free preview of your website. If you like it, it goes live on your own domain for $397 once, plus $29 a month for hosting and small changes. No contract. Everything is by email.

Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and Firmonte, a small web studio based in Brazil, run by Felipe. You can reach me at [email protected]. Business address: to be added.

What I sell

• A website for your business. A free preview first. If you want it live: $397 (USD) once, plus $29 (USD) a month for hosting and small changes.
• Custom work. Websites of any kind (including interactive, 3D-style sites), online stores, systems with a login (CRM, scheduling, inventory) from $500 (USD), apps, automation, and fixes to a site you already have. Each project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before I start.

The free preview

• I build the preview from what is already public about your business, such as your name, phone, services and location.
• The preview is free, with no obligation. If you don't want it, you pay nothing. Reply "stop" and I won't write again.

Payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD). You pay by card through Stripe. I never see your full card number.
• The $397 is charged once, after you say yes to the preview. The $29 a month starts 30 days after that payment and is charged every month until you cancel.

Delivery

• Everything happens by email. No calls needed.
• Within 48 hours after your payment and your reply (the phone and email for the site, any changes, and your domain if you have one), your site is live and I send you the link. If your domain needs a change on your side, I send you the exact steps in writing.
• No domain? I register one for your business. The first year is included, and the domain stays yours if you ever leave.

When and how each part arrives is on the Delivery page.

What the $29 a month covers

• Hosting for your site, and small changes by email: text, prices, photos.
• Bigger changes, like new pages or new features, are custom work. I quote a fixed price before I start, and nothing is charged unless you say yes.

Your content

• Your business name, logo, photos and written content stay yours. Send only material you have the right to use.
• I don't build sites for anything illegal, or for content that copies someone else's work. I can turn down a project.

Cancellation and refunds

No contract. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime by email. The details are on the Refunds and cancellation page.

Limits

• I work to keep your site online, but no host can promise a site will never go down. If something breaks, email me and I'll look into it.
• To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects a plan you're paying for, I'll email you first.
